• Withdrawable Balance Meaning

Withdrawable Balance is the amount available to withdraw from your SportyBet account. In order to proceed with your withdrawal, your all-time withdrawal amount must be below 2 times your all-time Total Stake or Total Winnings amount. You can view your Withdrawable Balance in your Withdrawal page.

• Funds are withdrawn from your available balance. Please ensure your available balance is greater than the requested withdrawal amount. If you have funds invested in open positions, you can free up more funds by closing positions. Once a position is closed, the invested amount net of any profit or loss will be sent back to your available balance.
• The withdrawal request is for an amount higher than the available withdrawable balance available in your account. It is calculated as: For equity, Withdrawal balance = (Available balance) - (today's and yesterday's stock holding sell value) - (today's and yesterday's intraday profits) - (today's F&O profits) - (present day's payin).
• Withdrawable balance is the amount of money you can transfer from the trading account to your bank account. Your withdrawable balance may differ from the total available funds in your account since funds from trades are not immediately settled. In India, exchanges follow a rolling settlement cycle.

There are different kinds of state UKG can exist in: Withdrawable UKG, Bonus UKG and Earned UKG.

Earned UKG is UKG that is earned by playing games in Connekt. That UKG cannot be withdrawn from the Unikrn wallet and can only be used in the Unikrn platform. For countries where UKG betting is offered, Earned UKG can be used in betting, but you will not receive the stake back on a won bet, only the winnings value (for eg. 10 earned UKG on a bet of 1.40 odds, winning this bet will return 4 withdrawable UKG only).

Bonus UKG is UKG received via promotions or bonus offers when depositing into your account. Like Earned UKG, this balance can only be used on Unikrn, but any bets placed with it will return the original stake too. The stake will need to be used 3 times before it turns into withdrawable UKG.

Withdrawable UKG differs by region. In countries where cash and UKG betting are offered, UKG in the gaming wallet needs to be 'turned over' at least once before it can be withdrawn. In regions where we do not offer UKG betting you can freely deposit and withdraw UKG.

How do I withdraw cash?

• You can Withdraw Cash at any time by going to My Account page and clicking on Withdraw Cash.
• You are then asked to enter an amount you would like to withdraw.
• You can only withdraw an amount less than or equal to your Withdrawable Balance. This will be shown to you on the Withdraw Cash page.

Once I submit a withdrawal request, how long will it take for me to get my money?

The duration it takes for the withdrawal request to be processed & get credited to your Bank A/c depends on the mode of transaction. We have two modes for processing withdrawals.

Instant Withdrawal T&C:

• Mobile Number Verification is mandatory for availing Instant Withdrawals. This can be done in the Profile section under My Account.
• You do not have to choose a separate option to avail Instant Withdrawal facility. The system automatically picks all eligible withdrawals for instant credit.
• Withdrawals below r 500 will be processed through the regular mode.
• Some withdrawal requests may be flagged for manual review. In these scenarios, you will receive the withdrawn amount credited within 3 working days if all checks are passed. During the review period, your withdrawal will show status 'Request Undergoing Checks'.
• IMPS transfers are not accepted at some Cooperative banks. In such cases, withdrawals will be processed within 3 Bank Working days.
• IMPS transactions fail sometimes if the receiving bank is conducting maintenance or having a downtime at the time the transaction is initiated. If this happens, the withdrawal may go through later or may get reversed. If your withdraw shows status 'Request Placed with Bank' but you haven't received the credit, then this is the case. The final status of the transaction is only known after 72 hours. You don't need to worry - if the transaction is reversed, the funds will be credited back to your RummyCircle account. Downtime periods vary from bank to bank. In general, SBI has very frequent downtimes between 11:30 pm in the night and 7:00 am in the morning, whereas private sector banks don't have frequent downtimes.

How do I provide the Bank Account details for withdrawal?

• When you place a withdrawal request for the first time, you will need to provide your Bank Account Number and IFSC code. All these details are only to be provided once as from your next withdrawal request, these details shall be auto-filled. Please ensure that these details are correct. RummyCircle will not be responsible if you provide incorrect details.
• You can change your bank account details in the withdrawals page after verifying your identity by entering the OTP that is sent to your registered email ID or Phone number.
• The bank account needs to be in the name of the player as submitted to RummyCircle and visible in the Profile section under My Account. RummyCircle will not be responsible if the player’s bank rejects the withdrawal in case of a name mismatch.
• For your withdrawal to be processed, you will need to get KYC verified by uploading recognized name and address proofs in the name of the player as submitted to RummyCircle. This can be done in the Profile section under My Account.

What is the minimum amount I can withdraw?

The minimum amount you can withdraw is r 100.

What is the maximum amount I can withdraw?

You can withdraw all the money in your Withdrawable Account at any time. The balance in your Withdrawable Account includes all your cash winnings, any bonuses you earned as a cash player as well as any deposited amount you have used for playing cash games.

Are there any fees or charges on withdrawals?

The number of free withdrawals that you get in a month depends on your club status. Once you have availed of your free withdrawals in a calendar month, all subsequent withdrawals in that calendar month carry a processing fee which will be deducted from your cash balance depending on the type of withdrawal.

Owing to the value and volume of cash transactions carried out by the Platinum Elite Club members, they are exempt from paying the saidprocessing fee.

Are there any restrictions on placing withdrawals?

Please make a note of the following to avoid rejection of your withdrawal requests:

• We do not process withdrawals to bank accounts based in the state of Telangana.
• We will only process withdrawals if you have provided us valid identity and address proofs in the name of the player who created the account.

What are Deposit and Withdrawable Accounts and how is the balance in each account calculated?

If you are a cash player on RummyCircle, your cash account balance is divided into two Accounts - Deposit Account and Withdrawable Accounts.

Your Deposit Account balance consists of all the amount you have deposited but have not yet played cash games for. Your Withdrawable Account balance includes all your cash winnings, as well as any deposited amount you have used for playing cash games. Every time you play a cash game, the amount used to play that deal/game is credited to your Withdrawable Account.

The Deposit Account balance and the Withdrawable Account balance together make your total Cash balance. You can play cash games on RummyCircle with any amount up to your total Cash balance.

Let us see some examples: Let us assume that your Deposit Account balance is r 100 and your Withdrawable Account balance is r 400 (total balance = r 500).

• You make a deposit of r 50 in RummyCircle.
• The entire deposit is credited to your Deposit Account. Thus, your Deposit Account balance is now r150 (r 100 + r 50) and your Withdrawable Account balance remains at r 400. Your total balance is r 550.
• You play a cash Points Rummy game: Let us say you play a Points Rummy game with a minimum buy-in of r 80 and win r 10 in the deal. The r 10 that you won becomes a part of your Withdrawable Account. The r 80 that you used as buy-in for the Points Rummy game, now moves from your Deposit Account to your Withdrawable Account. Your Deposit Account balance would now be r 20 (r 100 - r 80) and your Withdrawable Account balance would now be r 490 (r 400 + r 80 + r 10). Your total Balance is r 510.
  Now, let us take a case where you play a Points Rummy game with a minimum buy-in of r 80 and lose r 10 in the deal. The r 80 that you used as buy-in for the Points rummy game, now moves from your Deposit Account to your Withdrawable Account. Out of this, r 10 (your loss) is removed from the Withdrawable Account. Thus, your Deposit Account balance would now be r 20 (r 100 - r 80) and your Withdrawable Account balance would now be r 470 (r 400 + r 80 - r 10). Your total Balance is r 490.
• You play a cash Pool Rummy game: Let us say you play a Pool Rummy game with an entry fee of r 80 and win r 100 in a split. The r 100 that you won becomes a part of your Withdrawable Account. r 80 is deducted from your Deposit Account as entry fees. Thus, your Deposit Account balance would now be r 20 (r 100 - r 80) and your Withdrawable Account balance would now be r 500 (r 400 + r 100). Your total Balance is r520.
• You play a cash Deals Rummy game: Let us say you play a Deals Rummy game with an entry fee of r 300 and win r 950. The r 950 that you won becomes a part of your Withdrawable Account. r 300 would have been deducted from your Deposit Account as entry fees, however, since it only contains r 100, the remaining r 200 is deducted from your Withdrawable Account. Thus, your Deposit Account balance would now be r 0 (r 100 - r100) and your Withdrawable Account balance would now be r 1150 (r 400 - r 200 + r 950). Your total Balance is r 1150.
• You play a tournament (cash or promotional): Let us say you play a cash tournament with an entry fee of r 100 and win r 500. The r 500 that you won becomes a part of your Withdrawable Account. r 100 is deducted from your Deposit Account as entry fees. Thus, your Deposit Account balance would now be r 0 (r 100 - r 100) and your Withdrawable Account balance would now be r 900 (r 400 + r 500). Your total Balance is r 900.
• You claim a Bonus: Let us say you claimed a Bonus Chunk of r 50. This will be credited to your Withdrawable Account. Thus, your Withdrawable Account balance is now r 450 (r 400 + r 50) and your Deposit Account balance remains at r 100. Your total balance is r 550.
